Having built Fractal Pyramid I in Normandy and exposed a pyramid of 4m in Paris La Défense, Pascal Morabito put a new sculpture Fractal Pyramid bronze at level zero in Marseille and immersed Fractal by 180m deep. He made a sculpture Fractal Pyramid on the summit of K7 the Himalayas at an altitude of 4000m.

1990

Fractal Pyramid I,1000 m2, Corten steel. The history of the universe is history of the material that is organized, and the history of Fractal Pyramid of I is the story of a standard element, the Mémorabito (or the memory occupied), with which Pascal Morabito multiplied to create these sculptures, 22.60m tall and 32m long edges. Fractal Pyramid I was erected in Normandy.

1974

Interested in science and technology. Created a collection based on DNA "molecules" and created sculptures representing molecular structures.

1970

First exhibition on the Place Vendome of jewelry and silverware cuts that Pascal Morabito created for César : "Pas de quartier pour Cartier" (a famous work: being a compression of a Tank watch, a triple ring, and a Marine chain signed Cartier).

Pascal Morabito comes from a family of goldsmiths of Italian origin: his name has been handed down from father to son since 1871. He was born on 3 May 1945 in Nice.

After completing his studies in architecture, he created on 3 May 1968, in the family workshop, the first centre for artistic jewellery, named “le centre de création et d’étude du bijou contemporain ou micro-architecture”.

He designed unique pieces of “haute joaillerie” for private and international clients, including the gold “compressions” which became the “César du cinéma” trophy. Among his many friends are artists like César, Arman, Dali, for whom he has designed micro-sculptures, which were instantly successful.
